GARMENT DETAILS: Sleeveless, lightweight summer dress in a maxi length. Features a plunging V-neckline, with ruffled cap sleeves, pleated bodice, and stretchy, smocked back panel. Dress is constructed with an inverted empire waist, with a full, multi-tiered skirt. Partially lined. Back smocking is slightly see through.
