We want to make the checkout process as simple as possible for you! The best way to do that is to create a customer account. Once you create an account and log in on the next visit most of your information is pre-filled for you. This allows a quick and easy checkout experience.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders can be cancelled or changed if the order has not been fulfilled yet. Please reach out asap for any order changes/cancellations by emailing us at info@shopworthcollective.com. In your email please include our order number and contact information.
To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL CODES
Worth Collective releases discount and promotional codes throughout the year to our customers and prospective customers during which time a duration of the promotion will be provided. Only ONE discount code or promotional offer can be used at a time. Follow us on social media to receive the latest offers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a small business, we have found our niche in curating small collections, with low quantities, and always providing staple and on trend pieces. In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, our return policy is for STORE CREDIT and exchanges only if returned within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship via USPS and UPS. Most in-stock items ship within 3-4 business days (closed on weekends) of ordering and you'll receive an automated email with your tracking information to follow the orders journey. We do our best to estimate your expected delivery timing, but please keep in mind that we can't control USPS, UPS, mother nature, holiday delays, or other unplanned situations.
PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to make this right.
