GARMENT DETAILS: Full-skirted maxi dress in delicate floral print with embroidered eyelet details and a low V-neckline with an inverted empire waist. Features sheer balloon sleeves, pleated bodice and waist, with a stretchy, smocked back panel. Finished with two thigh-high front slits.
